Laser embroidery is a technological type of embroidery which uses a laser cutting system. It allows the cutting of every kinds of materials in a very precise way. Our machines are all up–to–date and are equipped with a laser mounted directly on the machine.

We are able to engrave and cut leather, eco-leather and Alcantara while the machine is embroidering; thus we can obtain a cut of high quality, a precise and a rapid production. This reduces the costs due to downtime for maximum performance.

Application of fabrics with laser

We can use different types of materials, both natural and synthetic; wool, silk, Alcantara, genuine leather of every kind of thickness (the leather split is a process that we do internally with very precise machines, it allows to equalize and reduce skin thickness throughout its extension) eco-leather, felt and an infinity of other materials and coagulate.

The cutting of the leather with the laser system is a delicate making: it needs a know-how obtained after years of experience; for example, when necessary, we use nitrogen, which allows not to burn the natural material and to avoid the blackening the edges. The laser has a working range of more than 7 meters; with the laser it is possible to cut the tissues with very large modules. No limitations to your imagination.

The laser embroidery, if well tared, can reproduce patterns or custom patterns, engraving them on leather, denim, synthetic and natural fabrics. It can also be used to age articles that require such processing as Jeans.
